Does it work without signal?
Yes. These apps are built for mechanical rooms, basements and job trailers. Your work is saved on the device as you go, and nothing waits on a connection.
Where does my job data live?
On your device. There are no accounts to create, and your job data lives on your phone or tablet. SiteDeliverables can also keep your iPhone and iPad in step through your own iCloud account. See the privacy policy for the full breakdown, app by app.
How do I get my work off the phone?
Every app exports a PDF, and most also export a bill of materials or estimate. Use the share button and send it wherever you like — Mail, Files, AirDrop, or straight to the customer.
I deleted something. Can you get it back?
We cannot — we hold no copy of your data, which is the same reason nobody else can read it either. Back up your phone if the records matter, and export the PDF when a job closes.
How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?
On iPhone or iPad, sign in with the same Apple ID and use Restore Purchases in the app's settings. On Android, sign in to the Play Store with the same Google account and use Restore Purchases the same way. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not to a Low Volt Labs account.
