Who this covers
Low Volt Labs LLC (Georgia, USA) publishes the apps listed below. This policy applies to all of them. Where one app behaves differently from the others, that difference is spelled out by name rather than buried.
These apps are sold on Apple's App Store and on Google Play. This policy covers both, and where a platform changes how something works — how a purchase is handled, where a setting lives — that difference is named.
- SiteDeliverables
- CCTV Survey Pro
- Access Design Pro
- Cabling Design Pro
- Fire Design Pro
- Home Automation Design Pro
- ArraySurvey
- ProjectLead
What we collect
Nothing. We operate no user accounts and no user database. We cannot look up a customer, a site, a photo or a bid, because none of it reaches us.
Your work is written to the app's own storage on your own device — your iPhone, iPad or Android phone. It stays there until you delete it or delete the app.
What leaves your device, app by app
Job data stays on-device by default. The only network use these apps share is the purchase system, plus two app-specific exceptions listed here in full.
| App | Leaves the device | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Every app | Purchase verification | When you view upgrade options, buy, or restore a purchase, the app talks to the store it was installed from — Apple's App Store (StoreKit) on an iPhone or iPad, Google Play Billing on an Android phone — using an anonymous purchase identifier generated on your device. It is not tied to your name, email, or any job data, and we never see it. For Access Design Pro, Cabling Design Pro, Fire Design Pro, Home Automation Design Pro, ArraySurvey, and ProjectLead this is the only network use — everything else in those apps works with the device in airplane mode. |
| CCTV Survey Pro | Also: an equipment catalog download | The app fetches a public product-catalog file from low-volt-labs.com so camera specs and prices stay current. This is a one-way download. No information about you or your surveys is sent with the request. |
| SiteDeliverables | Also: private iCloud sync and a work order only if you tap Deep Prep | On Apple devices, the same technician's jobs can sync between iPhone and iPad through that user's private iCloud account; Low Volt Labs does not see them. The Android app keeps its work on the phone alone — there is no sync. Separately, optional Deep Prep sends a work-order PDF that you select to our processing service to draft the job. It runs only when you start it, on only the file you pick, and the file is not retained after the suggestions come back. The visible job-level alert remains in pilot validation. |
AI features run on the device
Where an app offers AI assistance on an iPhone or iPad, it runs with Apple Intelligence on the device itself. The Android apps carry no on-device AI features at all. Your notes, prompts, and job data are not sent to us or to any AI company. The one exception is SiteDeliverables' optional Deep Prep upload, described in the table above — and that runs only on the single file you choose, only when you start it.
Device permissions and why we ask
- Camera — to photograph job-site conditions and completed work, and to scan printed documents. Photos are saved inside the app on your device.
- Microphone & Speech Recognition — to dictate notes instead of typing them. Transcription runs on the device itself.
- Photo Library — to import plans, prints or photos you choose. The app sees only the items you pick.
- Location — where an app records where a survey or install was performed. Used for the record on the job; not transmitted to us.
An app asks only for what its own features need, so the list differs by app and by platform. On Android, Cabling Design Pro and ProjectLead ask for no device permissions at all, and no Low Volt Labs Android app asks for storage access — files are opened through Android's own document picker, which needs no permission.
You can revoke any permission at any time in iOS Settings or Android Settings. The feature that used it stops working; nothing else changes.
Sharing and exports
Data leaves an app when you export it — a PDF proposal, a bill of materials, a closeout package — and send it through your device's own share sheet: Mail, Messages, AirDrop or the Files app on an iPhone or iPad; email, messaging, Drive or Files on an Android phone. Once you share it, that copy is governed by whatever service you sent it to, not by us.
Analytics, tracking, and ads
Our apps contain no analytics frameworks, no crash-reporting services, no advertising frameworks, and no third-party trackers. We do not use the Advertising Identifier and we do not track you across apps or websites. We collect no information about how you use the app.
Payments
Purchases are handled by the store the app came from — Apple through the App Store, or Google through Google Play. We never see or receive your card number, billing address, Apple ID or Google account. We receive only the confirmation that a purchase is valid.
Data retention and deletion
Your work stays on your device and, for SiteDeliverables on an Apple device when enabled, in your private iCloud account until you remove it. Deleting a record removes its contents from the app; manage private iCloud copies through your Apple account and device settings. Because we hold no copies, we cannot recover anything for you — back up your device if the records matter.
Children's privacy
These are professional tools for working tradespeople and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, of any age.
Your rights
Rights to access, correct, or delete personal data — under the GDPR, the CCPA, or any similar law — apply to data a company holds about you. We hold none. Your data is already entirely in your hands: it is on your device, and you can export or delete it at any time without asking us.
Changes to this policy
If a future release changes how data is handled beyond the documented private iCloud sync and Deep Prep pilot — we will update this page and change the effective date above before that feature ships.
